The services of Club Altantico Lanzarote are aimed at ensuring the maximum enjoyment of all our guests. The following are our most appreciated services.
Air conditioning
All our apartments have rooms equipped with air conditioning.
Wi-Fi throughout the establishment
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer access to WiFi in all areas of our facilities. The information and password for the WiFi network will be provided at the time of registration during check-in.
Outdoor pool
Enjoy our heated pool, available during the following hours: during winter, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and in summer, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Cleaning, changing towels and sheets
The cleaning service includes the visit of our staff every 5 days to clean your apartment.
Luggage storage locker
We offer the luggage storage service for free at Club Atlántico facilities in cases where you arrive before the official check-in time or after check-out. However, we recommend that you remove any valuables before leaving your luggage in our care.
Reception Service
The reception hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that official check-in starts from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay, we invite you to inquire at the reception about availability and the corresponding additional charge.
Bathroom with complimentary shower
We provide our guests with free access to a bathroom with a shower, available upon request one day before check-out. Its use is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy for your convenience.
We do not accept pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our facilities
Self-service laundry
We have a self-service laundry service with washer and dryer in our facilities. The cost for each wash is 4 euros. Please note that soap, detergent and fabric softener are not included and must be provided by the guest. However, you can purchase detergent at reception for 1 euro per load.
Safe box
All our apartments come with a safety box, designed to protect your belongings during your stay.
